• Oversee the functional/technical coordination of the development teams for a major player in the tourism sector
• Maintain direct contact with the PO concerning the implementation and monitoring of Agile methodology (SCRUM)
• Facilitate the day-to-day work of the teams
• Maximise team productivity by reorganising the tickets and anticipating the anomalies that can impact developments
• Organise various project meetings: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Review and Retrospective

Required

• A minimum of 2 years experience on a Scrum master position
• Ideally good technical knowledge (eg Java, PHP)
• Worked in Agile Methodologies (Kanban, Scrum)
