Degetel redesigned the ergonomics and graphic aspect of the public internet website but also of the customer space of the brand in order to adapt it to responsive design. With an ever-increasing web traffic coming from mobile, and in particular via tablets and smartphones, responsive design – which enables it to adapt the website to the format of the different devices – is at the heart of website design, ergonomics and development issues today.

The result

We applied a collaborative work methodology, organized around co-development workshops. This approach enabled us to gather the different actors of the project (Marketing, Technical, Design) and to have them work together, in order to converge on the most appropriate and optimal solution for users, while ensuring that the marketing goals identified by the customer were reached. The creative team was composed of an ergonomist, an art director and a designer, in charge of developing the concepts submitted in the call to tender. Then, throughout the project, the team developed interactive templates, the visual design of interfaces, and the application storyboard and integration guidelines.
