Redesign Buyster website customer path on web and mobile

In March 2013, Buyster launched a call to tender in order to redesign a part of its mobile and internet site. The call to tender concerned the ergonomic and graphic redesign of these different customer paths.
Buyster is an online payment service, a property of Bouygues Telecom, Orange and SFR, combining credit card and mobile phone. The company provides a payment solution for computers or mobile phones, without the need to communicate one’s credit card number.

The result

In this solution, the customer path is essential and complex, with signup but also payment and sign-payment paths. As a solution to manage money flow, Buyster has to be easy to use, reassuring and fast.
We applied a collaborative work methodology, organized around co-development workshops. This approach enabled us to gather the different actors of the project in order to converge on the most appropriate and optimal solution for users. The creative team was composed of a creative director, an art director, an ergonomist and a designer, in charge of developing the concepts submitted in the call to tender. Then, throughout the project, the team developed ergonomic templates of the path, the graphic design of interfaces and integration guidelines.
